Years of memories come flooding back,
Watch as they take an effect on me,
Beating, bruises, blood, fear, and pain,
Look at what they’ve done to me,
The scars faded, the bruises too, but they are still here,
Hidden from the surface, under the skin,
Lives the scars that hands can’t mend,
See how its changed me, to a person I don’t recognize,
Why did you hate me
What did I do to deserve to die, at your hands,
Now I sit and cry
Where is my heaven, am I in hell,
Sharing my secrets with God, he’ll never tell,
All the pain, dead inside,
I wonder, who am I?

If I have the weight of the world, will you help me carry it,
If my soul breaks, will you try to mend it,

For lovely eyes , seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure , share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair , let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.
For poise , walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone...
People, even more than things, have to be restored,
renewed, revived, reclaimed,and redeemed;
never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand,
you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older,you will discover that you have two hands;
one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
